Generates a Project_name for control prep files, based on Sample_Plate. The trailing plate number information is removed from the string before assignment.

@AmandaBirmingham mentioned this, and I agree, that a fix for #483 might involve changes that affect resolving #431 for the better. I'm going to close out this PR without merging. |
